This Report gives an advance summary of the results of the Working Party. It is based on the draft prepared by Dr. H.R. Rabanal, Aquaculture Consultant, and Mr. V. Soesanto, Fisheries Training/ Extension Officer, of this Programme. A companion report which will include the technical papers will follow as Part 2 of this Report.
