It complements other emergency response functions like logistics, epidemiology, and finances by building knowledge, influencing attitudes, raising awareness, and aligning recommendations with stakeholders' values and beliefs. This publication is based on a strategy developed by the FAO ECTAD for the Myanmar's Ministry of Agriculture.
