Présentation du Forum de l’investissement Main dans la main 2024

Le Forum de l’investissement 2024, point central de l’effort de construction de partenariats de l’initiative HIH, fournit une plateforme aux autorités nationales pour présenter des opportunités d’investissement à des investisseurs, des banques de développement multilatéral, des représentants du secteur privé et des donateurs. L’accent est mis sur de potentiels opportunités d’investissement dans l’agriculture nationale et la chaîne de valeur alimentaire d’un pays.
L’investissement public financier sur le long terme est la clé du succès de l’initiative HIH en ce qui concerne les pays. Les structures de financement mixte et les mécanismes d’atténuation des risques des banques de développement multilatéral leur permettent de soutenir des investisseurs privés dans les pays les plus pauvres et les plus fragiles.Quant aux investisseurs, la présentation directe de cas d’investissement leur permettra d’interagir immédiatement avec les pays au sujet des opportunités d’investissement existantes.
Après le succès du deuxième Forum de l’investissement Main dans la Main 2023, la troisième édition de cet événement, plus étendue que les deux premières, se tiendra du 15 au 17 octobre 2024 à Rome, en Italie, et sera caractérisée par la présence de près de 28 pays.
Tout au long de ces trois jours d’événement, les ministres et représentants des pays participants auront l’occasion de présenter les plans d’investissement de leur pays par ordre de priorité et de détailler les opportunités d’investissement dans les domaines où l’initiative Main dans la Main soutient le Gouvernement pour réduire la pauvreté et la faim.
Il est également possible d’organiser des réunions bilatérales entre ministres et hauts fonctionnaires de chaque pays participant avec des partenaires de développement potentiels, à n’importe quel moment, surtout durant l’événement et à la suite de ce dernier.
