A team of 124 national scientists and technicians from the four participating lacustrine States took part in the execution of SSP and other LTR research activities, working in collaboration with international FAO and University of Kuopio personnel. A total of 48 international staff, both at expert and Associate Professional Officer levels, were posted as resident or visiting scientists and consultants at the different research stations around the Lake.

   The LTR research programme has been further supported by a team of mainly Finland-based scientists and consultants as well as a number of FAO HQ-based technical and operational officers. Lists of principal LTR national and international team members may be accessed through the links below.
