Fifth Bioenergy Week - Ghana

The fifth edition of the GBEP Bioenergy Week was organized in West Africa, in cooperation with the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE), to facilitate capacity building and knowledge sharing around sustainable bioenergy and to accelerate its implementation in Africa, in particular in the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) region.

This event constituted a forum for fostering collaboration between member states and established institutions, all with the shared goal of amplifying the availability of sustainable energy services in this critical region.
